Hades #2 regular seeds is the second edition of the pure Afghan landrace cross between Black Afghan from the Underground Seed Collective and the Maruf Kandahar Black from Indian Landrace Exchange (harvested in Kandahar, 2020). For this edition the mother plant is Maruf Kandahar Black crossed with a Black Afghan male. 

Originating from a private seed collector's stock, Black Afghani is an extraordinary 100% Indica cannabis strain developed by Underground Seed Collective. Through several generations of careful breeding, they have successfully stabilized this variety to showcase its two defining features: a deep, almost black hue and a subtle aroma reminiscent of premium hash. The plant itself is robust and compact with strong branching and large buds, capable of producing abundant yields of sticky, dark-colored buds after just 8-9 weeks of flowering. Its unique scent combines woody and fruity notes with hints of coffee and vanilla, while its potent effects work to relax both the body and mind, providing a soothing and sedative experience.

The Kandahar Black Selection is one of the finest specimens in the ILE Kandahar collection. Along with other prized gems collected from various provinces during this project, the Black selection stands out with its all-black appearance, from leaves to flowers. It also boasts a desirable calyx-leaf ratio and produces large yields of resin-coated buds on hardy plants that can withstand the harsh conditions of Southern Afghanistan. The aroma profile of this plant reflects the common scents found in this population, with an absence of sweetness and a complex blend of earthy, spicy, acrid, and sharp phenol-based notes. The buds are elegantly shaped packed with dense resin throughout.

To create Hades #2 the Pandora crew meticulously selected sexually stable, robust, and resinous specimens among the parents. Compared to Hades #1, this variation presents a slightly greater challenge in achieving deep black tones. When temperatures dip below 10ºC/50°F it will turn completely black, creating a memorable sight. Its flowering period is also slightly longer, lasting between 60-70 days. The aroma of Hades #2 cannabis is incredibly powerful with hints of earth, spices, pungent phenol, and gasoline. If you are growing indoor a carbon filter is advisable. Outdoors Hades #2 is best grown in hot, dry climates or high-altitude with a short season and the strain is incredibly drought resistant.

Hades #2 cannabis is a heavy-hitting Indica that knocks out stress and anxiety on the spot. In lower doses it leaves you happy and relaxed, but as you increase the dose it will glue you to the couch.
