Bx2 is the result of backcrossing the CBD #1 line (already stabilized for its high CBD – low THC chemotype) with the Cannatonic S1 elite mother (25% CBD). Therefore, it represents a step closer to the stabilization of the original 25% CBD Cannatonic S1 genotype. Since Bx2 is more inbred, it is less productive and vigorous than CBD #1. However, Bx2 is an excellent IBL of a stabilized chemotype of very high CBD content (and low in THC), with refined, intense terpenes and first-class resin. Therefore, it is one of the best inbred lines on the market with this profile for breeding projects and medical use.
